The 60 to 90 seconds is all it takes to register at http://kdhx.org/ , (create an account with a username and password,) then go to my show's page: here and click the "Become A Fan" button at the right-hand side of the page.
Once you're registered as a Fan of the show just watch for the Quiz Bulletin next Tuesday, July 17th, and e-mail your answer(s) to me c/o KDHX. (You'll have until midnight, July 23rd, Central US time, to send in answers.) All correct responses will go into a hat or some such device for handling the names and my wife will choose a winner. You'll be notified and asked where you'd like your test pressing sent -label's choice of which pressing.
Listen live to our salute to the Fruits de Mer label next Tuesday, July 17th, or via streaming archive at will or whim once it's up.
