Far Arden
Well, it just continues to rain down gifts here at Trip Inside This House HQ!
Rain, I don't mind.
Shine, the world looks fine.
I can show you that when it starts to rain,
(When the Rain comes down.)
Everything's the same.
(When the Rain comes down.)
I can show you, I can show you.
Rain, I don't mind.
Shine, the world looks fine.
Back in 2007 an album was released which made our Top Ten List, entitled Like Pearly Clouds, by The Sun Blindness, from Melbourne, Australia.
As the estimable Dr. Schluss opined:
" This is the kind of album that you simply have to let wash over you and take over. Being only a debut, I hope that the Sun Blindness finds the stamina to continue. I wouldn't be at all surprised if these fellows managed to create a complete classic down the road; this one is certainly a contender already." (-valis: emphasis added.)
Well, they've traveled down that road friends and I'm here today to share it with you at their request! The road leads from Temple Balsall, through the "High Lands" and eventually Melbourne.
"But you ought to know that What is Grand is necessarily obscure to Weak men. That which can be made Explicit to the Idiot is not worth my care."
William Blake, Letter to Dr. Trusler
So, take this mythical journey. Your ticket's punched! Come back and tell us what YOU thought...(tray a track here.)
Thank you Tor & Duncan!!!
(Editor's Note: video by good friend blood meridian. THANKS!)

Hey,
This is Chrysti Walters and I am the Independent Music Coordinator at Platform One Entertainment a music and event marketing company based out of Chicago. I wanted to introduce myself and let you know I'm a big fan of Trip Inside this House. There are many bands we're currently working with in which we feel would fit in well with your blog's community, however, I wanted to let you know about one of our new Indie pop bands, Izabo.
They are a from Tel Aviv, Israel but will be making their American
debut in October at CMJ. They have a sound that is similar to Hockey,
Asteroids Galaxy Tour, and The Ting Tings. Check out the video for the
first single, "On My Way," off of their new album at the link below:

I'd love to hear your thoughts and any coverage you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you soon!
Best,
Chrysti
