The Wayback Machine
Greetings Earthlings! Our first post of this magnificent week full of stellar posts as we run up to the Summer Solstice! Callooh callay, o' frabjous day!
Our guest today is no stranger to the strange. In fact, he's one of the OED definitions of the very word. (See definition point # 23, sub-para. 23, addendum #23)
Psychonauts: please welcome Captain Bagley of Omnia Opera!
Omnia Opera have been around, in one form or another, since 1986. Their debut cassette release, Beyond The Tenth, was followed by '87's Celebrate For Change, a self-released Live album in 1989, all as precursor to their signing with the Delirium label which put out their self-titled album in 1993.
So, where does the Captain wanna' go time-trippin' to?
You've been given a one-time opportunity to use The Wayback Machine; what band would you like to see, in what year, and what song would you most want to see them play?
Captain Bagley: Best song I'd watch is easily "Born to Go" by Hawkwind live 1972.
Well..., Trip Ho!
Omnia Opera appear at the Sonic World Festival on July 18 & 19, in Derbyshire, and the Hawkfest on July 25-28, in East Devon. So grab your Floating Settee and see them! Space Bastards!
(Check back every day Psojourners! It promises to be a great week.)

Oddly enough, Gobi had me watching Lemmy on video earlier this evening too.
